NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT
SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM

Site Location:  South side of Cholla Street, approximately 400 feet west of 17^th Avenue

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the site plan review team and to the general public that the SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. located in Room 1 West, First Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

 

Review of Preliminary Site Plan 08-1710

A development zoned R-3 and located at the south side of Cholla Street, approximately 400 feet west of 17th Avenue. The project name is 17th Drive and Cholla Street Townhomes.
