Library Advisory Board
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Library Advisory Board and to the general public, that the Library Advisory Board will hold a meeting open to the public on November 18, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. located in the Board Room, 3rd Floor, Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
One or more Committee Members may participate via telephone conference call.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1.
Budget Update
This Item is for Information, Discussion and Possible Action.
2.
City Librarian’s Briefing. Written briefing items from senior staff and verbal briefing by the City Librarian will be presented without Board discussion.

City Council Communication Update. Verbal briefing by individual Board members will be presented without Board discussion.

4.
Library Advisory Board Announcements, Information and Follow-Up Requests. This item is scheduled to give Board members an opportunity to make announcements or publicly request information or follow-up on issues of interest to library patrons. If the information is available, staff will provide it to the Board member immediately. There will be no discussion of any items not posted on the agenda, and no decisions will be made or action taken.
