NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
DEER VALLEY VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to
A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the DEER VALLEY VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE
and to the general public, that the DEER
VALLEY VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the
public on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 6:30 p.m., located
at the Deer Valley Community Center, 2001 W. Wahalla Lane, Phoenix, Arizona.

Agenda items may
be taken out of order.

Anyone wishing
to address an item on the agenda shall complete a speaker card.
3.
Due to the time
required for the number of items, the following time limits are provided so

Commission will hear this request on December 9, 2009.

recommendation on a city-initiated change to the General Plan Street

Z-TA-21-08: Presentation, discussion and possible recommendation on
text amendment to amend Sections 202 (Definitions) and 702.E (Off-Street
Parking and Loading) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow parking reductions for
adaptive reuse projects. Presentation by Kelly Walker. The City
Council will hear this request on December 2, 2009.
