Phoenix Stages logo used as link to home pageBallet Arizona is the Southwest’s premiere professional ballet company. Celebrating its 20th year, Ballet Arizona is dedicated to preserving and celebrating classical dance while creating and commissioning new, innovative works. Dancers and audiences alike continue to be challenged by the diversity of the repertory, which has become a major strength of the company and contributes to its growing success. Ballet Arizona is under the artistic direction of internationally-acclaimed choreographer Ib Andersen. Performances are regularly held at The Orpheum Theatre and Symphony Hall in Downtown Phoenix. Ballet Arizona is also passionately committed to educational and outreach opportunities, reaching over 45,000 children every year.
