If you are renting, you will need to provide your name, address, daytime phone number, and the name, address and phone number of the property owner. A copy of your ownership papers or lease may be required for documentation purposes. An Account Activation Fee of $33.00 + tax will be charged for the set up of all accounts. *When opening an account, please arrange it at least one working day before you want the service activated.

ESTABLISHING A SEWER OR WATER CONNECTION

Establishing a Sewer Connection (tap)

To get a sewer service connected to the City of Phoenix Wastewater Collection System, please visit the Water and Sewer section of the city's Development Process website.
