Juvenile Curfew Program |
The juvenile curfew program is a cooperative effort between the Phoenix Police, Human Services, and Parks, Recreation and Library departments. The Police Department processes curfew violators while recreation staff provides recreation programs and assists police officers when necessary. Juvenile curfew violators receive information on recreation opportunities and social service agencies. Parents/guardians are contacted and asked to pick up the youth. Instead of being charged with a curfew violation, first time offenders can take a four-hour communication class for a fee.Curfew Hours
