Stipulations

That the property owner and applicant shall support a city initiated down-zoning of the parcel from C-2 Special Permit for massage therapy to C-1 within six months of City Council adoption of the required massage City Code changes and Zoning Ordinance text amendment to allow for this massage therapy use within the C-1 district. The property owner shall do the required sign posting and property owner/neighborhood association letters for the down zoning.
