Stipulations
1.
That the development shall be in general conformance to the site plan date stamped April 22, 2009, and the elevations date stamped May 19, 2009, as approved or modified by the Development Services Department.
2.
That development shall be limited to one story and 19 feet in height.
3.
That the maximum number of residential units shall not exceed three.
4.
That the developer shall construct all streets adjacent to the development with sidewalk, curb ramps, streetlights, landscaping, and other incidentals; as approved by the Development Services Department. All improvements shall comply with all Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility standards.
