Before applying in a category be sure to review all web guideline pages.  Applicants--particularly first-time applicants--are strongly encouraged to contact Office of Arts and Culture Grants staff to discuss/review your organization's project proposal prior to the application deadline.

General Operating Support I 

The purpose of this category is to assist in the general operations of organizations with total annual budgets of at least $2,500,000, to promote organizational stability, to stimulate growth and professional development, and to increase the organization's accessibility to the general public.

General Operating Support II

The purpose of this category is to assist in the general operations of organizations with total annual budgets of at least $250,000, to promote organizational stability, to stimulate growth and professional development, and to increase the organization's accessibility to the general public.

General Operating Support III

The purpose of this category is to assist in the general operations of organizations with total annual budgets of at least $25,000, to promote organizational stability, to stimulate growth and professional development, and to increase the organization's accessibility to the general public.

Rental Support Program

Provides facility rental support to those cultural organizations that help revitalize the Phoenix downtown corridor through their presentations in city-owned performing arts facilities.

Festivals

Festival Project grants support Phoenix-based festivals open to the general public that highlight a single art form, multidisciplinary arts, or celebrations of a specific ethnic culture.  

Arts Education

Arts Education Grants for Organizations support projects or programs that promote learning in the arts, particularly projects designed to integrate Arts into STEM programs (STEM to STEAM) and projects that link to the Arizona Arts Standards curricula.The applicant must be a nonprofit arts or cultural organization. Partnerships or collaborations between arts or cultural organizations, schools, school districts, after school programs, or community-based social service organizations are strongly encouraged.
