Overview

This grant category provides annual support to emerging Phoenix arts and cultural organizations producing programs of consistently high quality for the citizens of Phoenix.

The purpose of this category is to assist organizations in establishing themselves as secure and growing participants in the Phoenix arts and cultural community through building organizational and administrative infrastructure, stimulating growth and professional development, and increasing the organization's accessibility to the general public.

Organizations funded through this grant category are required to participate in capacity building activities to improve organizational and administrative infrastructure and governance.
