Interest List
The Aviation Department maintains an interest list for concession opportunities and professional services and sends e-mail notification to the entities on that list when an RFP or RFQ is issued. To be added to the interest list, please send an email with contact information and the concession type or professional service for which you are expressing interest. Please send updated contact information as needed.
Concession Opportunities
All concession space at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, and Phoenix Goodyear Airport is awarded through a competitive process. Concessions include but are not limited to: retail, food & beverage, ATM, rental cars, and advertising. View a sample retail RFP.
Professional Services
Professional services contracts, such as consulting services, management information systems studies, surveys, and feasibility studies are also awarded through a competitive process. View a sample professional services RFP
Construction opportunities are handled by the City’s Engineering & Architectural Services Department.
Commodities, such as computer equipment and office supplies, and General Services, such as temporary services, are purchased by the City’s Finance Department.
Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program
One of the City’s objectives is to facilitate ACDBE participation in concession opportunities at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The city strongly encourages interested parties to explore eligibility for ACDBE certification with the City’s Equal Opportunity Department.
