Checklist for All Vendors

The city of Phoenix welcomes businesses large and small to participate in the procurement process. As a municipality, the city uses a competitive bidding process to procure the goods and services necessary to keep the city running. There are opportunities for construction/capital improvement projects, various professional services, and general goods and services.

However, before a firm can do business with a city, it must file paperwork and follow certain steps to become eligible to do so.  This section contains important information geared to would-be vendors, such as getting certified as a small business enterprise (SBE) if applicable.
