Listed below are those people who have indicated their interest in running for office in the Council Election on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, along with the dates that certain important filings relating to the status of each candidate’s nomination were filed with the City Clerk.
Candidates must file nomination papers between April 29, 2013 and May 29, 2013. Petition signatures will be verified by the City Clerk, and if the nomination petition contains the required number of valid signatures, a candidate’s name will be certified to the ballot by the City Clerk.
