All License Services fees must be paid at the city of Phoenix Payment Service Center at 305 W. Washington St. If you are paying and picking up a license the same day, you must arrive at our office in time to: Sign-in (apply for the license if needed), Get a bill, Pay at the Payment Center & Return for the license. If you arrive close to closing time (after 4 p.m. or earlier if we have a large volume of walk-in customers), you may not have enough time to complete the process and will likely need to return the next business day with proof of payment to obtain the license.
