(May 2010) The city of Phoenix received the award for the A.E. England Motors Company Building Rehabilitation Project at the recent Arizona Statewide Historic Preservation Partnership Conference. The building is located in the Downtown Civic Space Park and was originally built in 1926 as an automobile dealership. Read the news release
