The Downtown Phoenix Hotel Corporation (DPHC) is a nonprofit corporation established to facilitate the financing, development, construction and operation of a full-service hotel in downtown Phoenix. Although the corporation is legally separate from the city, governmental accounting standards require the corporation to be reported as a discretely presented component unit of the city for financial reporting purposes. The audited annual financial reports presented below are separate reports that detail the financial position and the results of the operations of the DPHC.
