On this edition of the Emmy nominated Building Phoenix, a former adult boutique near Sky Harbor is transformed into a showcase for sustainability. A '30s retail center is reborn into a downtown dining destination, retaining original bow ceilings, among other interior features. The popular Lux Coffee on Central Avenue moves into a larger space next door and becomes Lux Central. Plus, a look at the first residential project to benefit from the city's new voluntary Green Construction Code, known as the "Castaway" house.
