Midcentury Marvels: Phoenix Commercial Architecture 1945-1975 highlights the unique,  colorful, coffee table-style hardcover book is the most comprehensive ever published on the history of midcentury commercial architecture in Phoenix. The 264-page book features a review of high-style Modern and roadside "Googie" architecture across the nation and at home; a visual tour of some of the most significant commercial structures built in Phoenix during the post World War II era; and a look at the architects who shaped modern Phoenix, including Frank Lloyd Wright, Ralph Haver, Al Beadle, Bennie Gonzales, and more. The program is in four segments for faster viewing.

Use the "next screen" icon to view The Mayor's Salute to Veterans is hosted Rick Romley and features Mayor Phil Gordon, Councilman Michael Nowakowski and Councilman Bill Gates honoring local veterans for their duty and service.

Part 3, awards are given to Harlan and Karleen Lee of the Sing High Chop Suey House restaurant and Phoenix Deputy City Manager David Krietor.
Part 4, Mike Ebert accepts the DREAMR for the CityScape development and Guy Engard accepts on behalf of the Downtown Phoenix Ambassadors. Also, Bioscience High School teacher Tim Boyd is recognized.
