Night time lows are creeping upwards and Phoenix just experienced the hottest July on record.  Energy consumption is increasing as we struggle to keep our homes and businesses cool.  Concerns are also growing over our long-term supply of potable water.  How do create a new way of growing that is in harmony with the environment?
