The City of Phoenix has a long history of transparency in its financial matters, and City Manager David Cavazos is committed to continuing existing efforts in which to provide financial transparency to the public.
These existing efforts include maintaining an open budget process, ensuring financial reports are available online, and publicizing new or increased tax or fee information.
