Deputy City Manager Jerome Miller oversees the Neighborhood Services, Housing, Human Services, Parks and Recreation and Water departments and water strategy issues, as well as the Public Information Office. Mr. Miller also serves as the lead staff for the Neighborhoods, Planning and Development, Housing and Homeless Subcommittee.
Mr. Miller has spent much of his career with the city in the Neighborhood Services Department, rising through the ranks to become the neighborhood services director. He also served as the acting special assistant water services director. Jerome holds M.P.A. and bachelor of science degrees from Arizona State University.
