Karen L. Peters is the Senior Executive Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Phoenix. She is responsible for Government Relations, Environmental Programs, and the Regional Wireless Cooperative. She also is the liaison to the Municipal Court and Public Defender’s Office.
Karen joined the City in Government Relations in 2005 after 18 years of practice as an attorney and former partner with Squire Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P.
Karen received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1987 and B.S. summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 1984.
