Councilwoman Thelda Williams will host a Community Forum for District 1 residents from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 29, at Arizona State University’s West campus, 4701 W. Thunderbird Road.

The forum will offer workshops and a networking social, which will take place in the University Center Building, La Sala room. Residents are encouraged to attend to get tips on how to revitalize their neighborhoods and build stronger, safer, more sustainable communities.

Several city departments will present information to attendees on topics such as graffiti, blight, traffic safety, pollution control, water conservation, fire prevention, recycling, crime and drug abuse.
