Greg Montes, chief of staff, greg.montes@phoenix.gov Greg is the District 3 Chief of Staff. As chief of staff, Greg is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the council office as well as serving as the liaison to city management and the mayor’s office. Jessica Amend, research analyst, jessica.amend@phoenix.gov Jessica is the District 3 Research Analyst. Jessica develops strategies for solving complex district problems and manages special projects for the district. She also takes part in the planning, organization, and execution of community events. Prior to working for the city of Phoenix, Jessica worked on the fundraising side of John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign. Jessica grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and attended Iowa State University. In her spare time Jessica volunteers in the nursery at St. Joseph’s hospital, as well as for Big Brother’s Big Sisters. She also enjoys reading and exercising, scrapbooking and spending time with her friends and family. |

Debbie Grant, administrative coordinator, debbie.grant@phoenix.gov Debbie is the District 3 Administrative Coordinator. Debbie handles constituent requests and complaints, as well as scheduling for the councilmember’s office hours, in addition to a variety of administrative tasks. Prior to working for District 3, Debbie worked as the receptionist for the entire Phoenix City Council. Debbie is a native Phoenician with more than 24 years of customer service experience. |
