Maryvale Community Center and Palo Verde Library The location of this center is at 51st Avenue and Campbell Road and includes a 16,000-square-foot library and 27,000-square-foot community center with a plaza joining the buildings to form a community complex. This project is completed and will celebrate the Grand opening on Saturday, January 28.
