Maryvale Community Center and Palo Verde Library
The location of this center is at 51st Avenue and Campbell Road and includes a 16,000-square-foot library and 27,000-square-foot community center with a plaza joining the buildings to form a community complex. This project is completed and will celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, Jan. 28.
