The city of Phoenix is seeking proposals for the development of a multi-modal, mixed-use, high-rise, transit-oriented development at the Central Station Transit Center, a 2.6 acre site north of Van Buren Street, between Central and First Avenues in downtown Phoenix (RFP-CED14-CS)

The Request for Proposals (RFP) opened on December 24, 2013. Pre-Proposal Conference date is January 23, 2014. Proposal Due Date is February 24, 2014.
