Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development in Downtown Phoenix
The City of Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department, Community Development Division, is seeking proposals for Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development in downtown Phoenix (RFP-CED-2012-UMD01).
The Request for Proposals opens Monday, September 10, 2012. Proposals will be accepted until September 9, 2013, unless closed earlier.
The Request for Proposals may be downloaded at http://phoenix.gov/econdev/businessced/index.html or picked up at the 20th floor receptionist desk of Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85003-1611.

Addendum 1: Adding Three City-Owned Properties at 2nd Avenue and McKinley
The City of Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department, Community Development Division, is seeking proposals for Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development in downtown Phoenix. Addendum 1 adds three city properties to the Notice of Requests for Proposals to Develop or Redevelop Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development Projects on Property within Downtown Phoenix (RFP-CED-2012-UMD01-A1).
The city-owned properties are located at 814, 816 and 822 N. Second Avenue on the west side of Second Avenue between McKinley and Roosevelt Streets in downtown Phoenix.
Addendum 1 closed on Friday March 15, 2013.
Results of Addendum 1 will be posted on the Solicitation Award Recommendation page when available.
Addendum 2: Adding One City-Owned Property at 1717 North First Avenue
The City of Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department, Community Development Division, is seeking proposals for Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development in downtown Phoenix (RFP-CED-2012-UMD01). Addendum 2 adds one city property at 1717 N. First Avenue to the Notice of Requests for Proposals to Develop or Redevelop Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development Projects on Property Within Downtown Phoenix. This addendum number is RFP-CED-2012-UMD01-A2.
This addendum is seeking proposals for the disposition and development of the approximately 23,000-square-foot parcel

Addendum 3: Seeking Entertainment and Tourism Attractions
The City of Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department is seeking proposals for Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development in downtown Phoenix. Addendum 3 adds Entertainment and Tourism Attractions to the Notice of Requests for Proposals to Develop or Redevelop Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development Projects on property within downtown Phoenix (RFP-CED-2012-UMD01-A3).
This Addendum is seeking proposals for private development, finance and operation of entertainment and tourism attraction projects in downtown Phoenix.
Addendum 3 closed on Monday, April 8, 2013.

Addendum 4: Adding Seven City-Owned Properties on North Second Street Between Roosevelt and Portland Streets
The City of Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department, Community Development Division, is seeking proposals for Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development in downtown Phoenix. Addendum 4 adds seven city properties encompassing a total of 1.5 acres to the Notice of Requests for Proposals to Develop or Redevelop Urban and/or Mixed-Use Development Projects on property within downtown Phoenix (RFP-CED-2012-UMD01-A4).
This Addendum is seeking proposals for private finance, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the historic L.G. Knipe House and development of an urban mixed-use project on vacant city properties. The properties are located on both sides of North Second
Street, between Roosevelt and Portland streets in downtown Phoenix.
Addendum 4 opens Thursday, May 9, 2013. Proposals are due to the location listed below before noon (12:00 P.M.) MST Friday, June 7, 2013.
