Notice of Right to Post Storage Hearing

Information Provided by the Police Department

Pursuant to statute, you have the right to request a hearing to determine the validity of the removal of your vehicle. This hearing shall be conducted as soon as possible, pursuant to Law.

You have 10 days from the time that your vehicle was towed in which to request a hearing.
