Funding Delayed
Due to changes in economic conditions that affected the Phoenix 2006 Capital Improvement Bond Program, municipal grants for brownfield projects are not available for qualifying projects until Fiscal Year 2017-2018, that is July 1, 2017. Approximately $2.5 million is available. In the interim, the program will continue to provide technical assistance, including providing a single point of contact to access city services, streamline development process, liaison with other government agencies, and gain access to other potential funding sources.
