Senior/Disabled Housing

Do I qualify for Senior/Disabled Housing?

Applicants must be elderly (62 years of age or older) or disabled with no more than two persons in the family. Income must be less than $36,700 for one person or no more than $41,950 for two people. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and have an acceptable rental history. Applicants must not owe any money to any housing program in the United States.

Priority is given to elderly applicants (62 years of age or older) on the wait list. If no elderly applicants are on the list, the next priority is given to disabled near-elderly applicants, aged 50 to 61. If no near-elderly applicants are on the wait list, units will be offered to non-elderly disabled applicants.
