Phoenix Teen Violence Prevention


The City of Phoenix Human Services Department Family Advocacy Division is seeking sealed proposals to implement a research-based violence prevention/healthy relationship curriculum for high school students.

Funding is made available through the State of Arizona Governor's Office for Children, Youth and Families - Juvenile Accountability Block Grant.

A pre-proposal conference to answer questions related to the RFP will be held January 23, 2014 from 2:00 P.M.. to 4:00 P.M. at the Adams Street Training Center, 140 N. 3rd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
There are parking meters near the Center and parking is also available at the Municipal Parking Garage at 305 W. Washington Street, entrance on 4th Avenue between Jefferson and Washington Street. Parking will be validated for this parking garage only.

Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 P.M. Local Time on February 7, 2014 at Phoenix City Hall, Human Services Department, 200 W. Washington Street, 18th Floor Submittal Box, Phoenix, Arizona 85003-1611. No proposals will be accepted after the time specified.
