Surplus Property

The Surplus Property Section of the city of Phoenix Finance Department is responsible for the receipt, redistribution, sale or disposal of goods and equipment no longer needed by city departments. A public auction is held every three months where approximately 175 lots of city of Phoenix surplus property are sold to the highest bidder.Online registration is available approximately two weeks prior to each public auction.
