The internship dates coincide with the spring, summer, fall, and winter semesters of Arizona State University College of Law. Each internship is approximately four months.

Hours
|
- Summer semester internship:
40 hours per week and classroom instruction through ASU College of Law.
- Spring, fall, and winter semester internships:
20 hours per week and classroom instruction through ASU College of Law
|
Pay
|
This is a non-paid internship. Students receive credit with ASU College of Law.

Each semester, third year law students who attend Arizona State University College of Law are selected to participate in the internship program and work with the Phoenix City Prosecutor’s Office.
Each student intern receives instruction on basic trial techniques.
The student intern conducts traffic trials and non-jury trials with the assistance of a veteran attorney.
At the conclusion of the semester, the student intern will act as the lead prosecutor on a jury trial.
