This program provides 24-hour on-scene crisis intervention and/or victim assistance services to the citizens of the Greater Phoenix Area. The Community Response (CR) units are staffed with an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and a BHS (Behavioral Health Specialist) and are housed in fire stations throughout Phoenix.
