The city of Phoenix Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is hosting an open house that will feature 39 available move-in ready homes available for purchase.
Residents are encouraged to attend a homebuyer information session from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Maryvale Community Center, 4420 N. 51st Ave., to learn more about NSP and program eligibility requirements.
Attendees also may tour available move-in ready homes from 9 a.m. to noon. A list of addresses and map of the 39 homes are now available by calling 602-262-6602 or visiting phoenix.gov/nsphome.
Move-in ready home prices begin in the $120s and homes include: energy-efficient systems, improved design finishes, enhanced curb appeal and a home warranty.
