Residents are invited to join Vice Mayor Michael Johnson and Councilmen Michael Nowakowski for a community meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, at Cesar Chavez Library, 3635 W. Baseline Road.  

This meeting will focus on the city’s recent redistricting process which took effect January 1, 2013, and how it impacts the residents of the Laveen area of South Phoenix.  This is an opportunity for residents to meet their council members and learn about priorities for the coming year.
