Join Councilman Michael Nowakowski for his monthly chat from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, at Cesar Chavez Library, 3635 W. Baseline Road.

Staff from the city’s Water Services Department will be in attendance and will discuss the reasons for the proposed water rate increases.  Residents are invited to attend and ask questions and converse about city issues with Councilman Nowakowski.
