Residents are invited to join Vice Mayor Bill Gates for his Coffee Chat from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Dunkin Donuts, 678 E. Thunderbird Road.

This event features representatives from the Public Works Department discussing service changes, and Pam Campbell from the Phoenix Public Library sharing information on programs and services available to the community.
