Friday, March 1, is the last day for registered Phoenix voters to request an early ballot by mail for the March city of Phoenix Special Election.  Request forms are available online at phoenix.gov/elections or by calling the City Clerk Department at 602-261-VOTE (8683).  The signed forms must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Friday, March 1, to the City Clerk Department, 200 W. Washington St., 15th floor.

Voters who wish to vote early in person rather than by mail, may do so at the following early voting locations:

  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, Deer Valley Community Center, 2001 W. Wahalla Lane
  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, Desert West Community Center, 6501 W. Virginia Ave.
  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, Devonshire Senior Center, 2802 E. Devonshire Ave.
  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday until Friday, March 8, Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., 15th floor

Accessible voting devices that permit voters with disabilities to vote independently are available at the early voting locations.

Voters who received ballots by mail are urged to vote and return their ballots promptly.  Early ballots must be received by the City Clerk Department no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day, March 12.  Early ballots also may be dropped off at any city voting center on Saturday, March 9, Monday, March 11 and Election Day, March 12.  Please remember that a March 12 postmark will not be acceptable because the ballot must be received by the City Clerk Department by Tuesday, March 12.

Voters who were issued an early ballot but decide to vote at a voting center instead may vote a regular ballot after verification that the early ballot was not voted and returned.

For more information about the election, visit phoenix.gov/elections or call the City Clerk Department at 602-261-VOTE (8683) or TTY/602-534-2737.
