NSP Features Available Move-In Ready Housing Inventory

NSP Image for News ReleasesThe city of Phoenix Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is hosting a Homebuyer Information Session and Open House at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at the Maryvale Community Center, 4420 N. 51st Ave.  The session will feature available Move-In Ready (MIR) homes in established Phoenix neighborhoods as well as newly built green homes at the Gordon Estates subdivision located at 16th and Apollo streets, between Southern Avenue and Baseline Road.

Attendees will learn about NSP and how to become eligible to receive $15,000 in down payment assistance to use towards the purchase of a featured NSP home.  Guests will be able to tour the homes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  An inventory list with addresses will be available online one week prior to the event.

MIR home prices begin in the $120s and feature:

  • Energy-efficient systems
  • Improved design finishes
  • Enhanced curb appeal
  • Home warranty

Newly built green homes at Gordon Estates begin in the $170s and include:

  • Six-panel solar energy system
  • 14 SEER heating and cooling system
  • ENERGY STAR appliances
  • Xeriscape front landscaping
