Residents are invited to join Councilman Tom Simplot for this month’s Central Area and Westside Community Meetings.

Councilman Simplot will welcome State Representative Lela Alston to the Central Area Community Meeting at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, May 17, at Circle H Barbecue, 730 W. Camelback Road.  A legislative update will be among the topics being discussed.

Dr. Kathy Player, president of Grand Canyon University, will be the guest for the Westside Community Meeting at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, May 24, at Bill Johnson’s Big Apple, 3101 W. Indian School Road.   Dr. Player will discuss the expansion of the university campus.
