“I would like to thank the Phoenix Police Department for the swift apprehension and arrest of Jesus Cabrera-Molina related to the hit and run collision that killed Officer Daryl Raetz.  I continue to pray for the family of Officer Raetz and know that justice will be served.  This apprehension was a collaborative effort of five law enforcement agencies across the valley and is a strong statement to those who do harm to our community - if you break the law, you will pay.  Now that we have a suspect in custody it is time to allow the justice system to work, and the process of healing to continue.”
