Councilman Bill Gates will host a lunch chat with Police Chief Daniel Garcia at noon on Thursday, June 14, at Oink Café, 4326 E. Cactus Road.
Chief Garcia, a 34-year veteran of the Dallas Police Department, is in his first month as the head of the Phoenix Police Department. He will discuss his philosophy of “policing with a purpose” and other topics.
