Residents are invited to join Councilman Bill Gates for his monthly coffee chat at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, June 24, at Sunnyslope Community Center, 802 E. Vogel Ave.
This month’s speakers include guests from the Arizona Science Center, Arizona Public Service and Detective Mark Potts from the Phoenix Police Department. Residents will learn how to save money on their summer electricity bills and protect themselves and businesses from becoming victims of metal theft. Also various programs and events available at the Arizona Science Center will be discussed.
