Delays Possible During Peak Hours

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport will close its north runway between 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, and 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, for maintenance work. Delays of approximately 25 minutes are possible during peak times. Sky Harbor will utilize its two runways on the south side of the airport for arrivals and departures.

Passengers who have tight connections between flights should contact their airline if they are concerned about having enough time to transfer between flights.

Peak times on Sky Harbor’s runways are generally between 8 - 10 a.m. and 7 - 10 p.m.
