The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department has set the schedule for overseeding the fairways, tees and greens of the city’s courses for winter play. The schedule is listed below.

• Aguila 18 and Aguila 9, 8440 S. 35th Ave.: Oct. 8 - 19
• Cave Creek, 15202 N. 19th Ave.: Oct. 22 – Nov. 3
• Maryvale, 5902 W. Indian School Rd.: Oct. 8 – Oct. 19
• Palo Verde, 6215 N. 15th Ave.: Oct. 18 – Oct. 29
• Encanto 18 and Encanto 9, 2775 N. 15th Ave.: Oct. 22 – Nov. 2

Comprehensive information on golfing Phoenix’s courses is available online at phoenix.gov/golf. Golfers also can use the site to book tee times online up to eight days in advance.
