Residents are invited to attend Councilwoman Thelda Williams’ District 1 community breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at the Four Points Sheraton, 10220 N. Metro Parkway.

This month’s guest speaker is Arizona State Land Commissioner Maria Baier. She will talk about state trust lands, the propositions on this year’s ballot and the recent state land acquisitions by the city of Phoenix.

Complementary breakfast will be provided.
