Residents are invited to join Councilmen Bill Gates and Jim Waring for a discussion focusing on future development along 32nd Street from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Basis School, 11850 N. 32nd St.
At this meeting, Mark Stapp, an expert panelist for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), will discuss the upcoming Technical Assistance Panel (TAP), a panel of private sector individuals recruited by the ULI to discuss revitalization along 32nd Street, between SR-51 and Thunderbird Road. Also speaking is Craig Mavis from the city’s Planning and Development Department to discuss planning options that can assist with revitalizing the corridor.
