Private Sector Panel to Offer Recommendations on Future of 32nd Street

City of Phoenix InformationThe Technical Assistance Panel set up by the Urban Land Institute to aid development along 32nd Street is hosting a discussion on the revitalization of the area from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, at The Rock at 32nd Street, 13625 N. 32nd St.

This panel, made up of individuals from the private sector recruited by the Urban Land Institute, is tasked with aiding development along 32nd Street, from SR-51 to Thunderbird Road. The goal of the all-day panel discussion is to provide recommendations on how best to improve the area. Recommendations can range from zoning changes to area amenities such as parks and everything in between.

The public is invited to attend the panel and may come for all or part of the day. There is no fee to attend: food and drink will not be provided. Attendees will be able to listen to the discussion but there will not be public participation at this time.
