Mayor Phil Gordon and Councilman Bill Gates will kick off a new comprehensive education campaign, “Recycle Clean Phoenix,” a public-private partnership to promote “clean” recycling. The city of Phoenix, along with Keep Phoenix Beautiful, was one of three cities selected to participate in 2010 by Curbside Value Partnership (CVP), a national, invitation-only program. |
